Projects Administration

The Administration Program provides management and coordination services for the entire Projects, Facilities and Open Space Division. The program coordinates 1) property management, 2) contract development and administration, 3) grant management and administration, and 4) manages and administers the Division's budget.

The Administration Program serves an important function by managing the Division's fiscal and property assets. This includes the generation, processing and management of contracts, agreements and the multiple forms of documents required to operate/facilitate the various division program needs. The Program handles a wide range and large volume of complex documents and coordinates their execution between internal County offices, other governmental agencies, non-profit agencies, and various types of private contractors.
