Property ControlThe Property Control (The program is commonly called the Operations Program but is listed in the budgeting process as Property Control) is responsible for the maintenance and operation of County facilities ranging from community centers to the major county administrative buildings. The Program provides regular maintenance service on the County's buildings including HVAC, plumbing, electrical and carpentry. The Program also provides small renovation and construction services for county facilities. The Program provides immediate response to urgent facility needs such as leaks, loss of facility services (HVAC, plumbing, electrical/lighting), property damage/break-ins, and other types of critical facility functions. The Property Control Section maintains facilities across the entire County. The Program strives to keep all facilities in proper working order to maintain a safe, healthy and pleasant working environment for the facility users and tenants.
