In-person Real Estate Records Access
During regular business hours, the public has access to view grantor/grantee data indexes and images and hard copy grantor/grantee index books in the Clerk’s Office, located at 100 Catron Street, Santa Fe, New Mexico free of charge. Please note: due to the ongoing pandemic, our Clerk's lobby only allows a limited number of visitors at a time. It is highly suggested that you make an appointment by calling or emailing our office.
Online Clerk Real Estate Records Access
Index Searches: Starting in August 2021, we are allowing the public to search the Santa Fe County Clerk's record indexes online. Please see the login link above. Please note it is up to the user to try a variety of search terms and spellings in their research and we are not responsible for incomplete searches. Once the desired documents are found, please email [bot protected email address] to request copies. Our standard fee schedule applies.
Bulk Image Search Subscription: If you wish to view unlimited images of recorded documents from your home or office computer you will need to subscribe to the Clerk’s “ClerkTrack WEB” bulk access service and pay an biannual subscription fee. This is a bulk subscription service for bulk users. Please email Erika Quintana at [bot protected email address] or call (505) 986-6289. Current rates are $300 every January and June with $50 set-up fee and are subject to change.
