Under direction of supervisor, the Desktop Support Specialist II is responsible for the installation and support computer hardware, software and related equipment, including network connection, and telephone installation/issue resolution. This employee will work with all levels of County staff to analyze and resolve problems with computer hardware or software or to propose and implement new products. The Desktop Support Specialist II will resolve more complex issues and perform a full range advanced production support activities.
