Oversees the day-to-day operations of the Center. Provides management and supervision to the employees who perform a variety of routine clerical, administrative and technical work in receiving and dispatching emergency and non-emergency information. Trains and coaches employees in proper telephone call procedures and related communication equipment; keeps official records; and, assists in the administration of the policies and procedures and standard operating guidelines of the Santa Fe Regional Emergency Communications Center (RECC).
