Under the oversight and supervision of the Santa Fe Regional Emergency Communications Center (RECC) Board of Directors, manages and coordinates the day to day operation of the RECC, the consolidated public safety answering point for Santa Fe County (County), the City of Santa Fe (City), and Town of Edgewood (Town).  Implements and evaluates overall operational policies and procedures for the RECC.  Responsible for maintaining established operations floor performance standards and ensuring the development of center staff.  Provides leadership and management of all operations division personnel.
