Administrative Services Department (ASD)
The Administrative Services Department (ASD) was established for the purpose of consolidating and organizing the internal administrative service functions of Santa Fe County. ASD currently includes: Information Technology (IT), Purchasing and Safety and Risk Management.

The principle objective of the Santa Fe County Purchasing Division is to acquire quality goods and services for the County at fair and reasonable prices. The Purchasing Division strives to meet this objective by competitive purchasing from vendors through the issuance of requests for quotes (RFQ's), Invitation for Bids (IFB's) and Request for Proposals (RFP's).
The Information Technology (IT) Division provides technical services and support to all county staff in the areas of desktop hardware and software support, application support, internal web services and integrated communication services.
Risk and Safety Division
Risk Management is a key and vital department to Santa Fe County for the services, issues and key functions they provide. All injuries, claims, loss and continuing safety and health compliance are ensured for all Santa Fe County employees within this department.
