Mission Statement
The principle objective of the Santa Fe County Purchasing Division is to acquire quality goods and services for the County at fair and reasonable prices. The Purchasing Division strives to meet this objective by competitive purchasing from vendors through the issuance of requests for quotes (RFQ's), Invitation for Bids (IFB's) and Request for Proposals (RFP's).
Below you will find the current bid and proposal packages open for competitive offers as well as instructions on registering as a vendor with the County and obtaining a vendor registration form to be completed and returned to Santa Fe County. We encourage your participation in the competitive acquisition process and are available to answer any questions you may have about doing business with Santa Fe County.
