Lost/Stolen/Destroyed Permits

We no longer offer replacement solid waste permits. Bag tags are not replaceable.  Treat your Solid Waste Permit like you would cash!!

Commercial Loads

Businesses that dispose of less than 850 lbs. of refuse per month may purchase a Small Commercial Generator Permit (either a 5 or 10 use "punch card".)

Commercial entities generating greater than 850 lbs. per month, must establish a Commercial Billable Account with the County. Contact the County Treasurer's Office (986 - 6329) for account information. The County and the customer will agree to a "typical load-weight" (the average net weight of three measured loads per vehicle employed), which will be the measure of billings at the locations where weigh scales are not available. The customer will be billed monthly. Individual loads shall not exceed 12,500 lbs. gross vehicle weight (combined weight of the truck and the load).
