Santa Fe County, NM —Clerk Katharine E. Clark and the Santa Fe County Clerk’s Office is proud to announce the winners of the 2025 “I Voted” Sticker Design Contest. After receiving 57 submissions from students across Santa Fe County and nearly 400 votes using ranked choice voting from community members, three student-designed stickers were selected to be printed and distributed during upcoming elections.

Santa Fe County, NM — The Santa Fe County Clerk’s Office visited Amy Biehl Community School this week to help prepare 3rd–6th graders for their upcoming student council elections. Clerk’s Office staff members Margaret Gouws and Vanessa Apodaca gave an age-friendly version of Clerk Katharine E. Clark’s Democracy 101 presentation, which is usually presented to high school audiences.
Santa Fe County Plans to Launch Vote by Appointment, the First Program of Its Kind in New Mexico
Santa Fe County, NM — In partnership with Tyler Tech, the Santa Fe County Clerk’s Office is pioneering Vote by Appointment, a new option that lets voters schedule a specific time and location to cast a ballot during early voting at four locations across the county. This is the first rollout of its kind in New Mexico. The goal is simple: make voting easier, reduce wait times, and help more residents participate in the 2025 Regular Local Election and beyond.
