Santa Fe County’s Regional Emergency Communications Center (RECC) is currently experiencing issues with non-emergency phone lines due to a service outage affecting landline telephone systems.

Important Information:

  • Cellphones can still dial 911 at this time
  • Landline telephone service may not be working in your area
  • RECC non-emergency lines are out of service
  • The phone company is aware of the issue and working on it 
  • Call 911 if you need immediate assistance
  • The public may attempt to reach RECC for non-emergency situations at 505-692-3952 or 505-699-2937. 
  • Please be patient when calling the backup numbers as staff may be handling other calls and the line may be busy.  
  • If you need immediate assistance, please call 911.
