JOINT POWERS AGREEMENT ESTABLISHING THE REGIONAL COALITION OF LANL COMMUNITIES BY AND AMONG THE INCORPORATED COUNTY OF LOS ALAMOS, THE CITY OF SANTA FE, SANTA FE COUNTY, THE CITY OF ESPANOLA, RIO ARRIBA COUNTY, THE TOWN OF TAOS AND TAOS COUNTY (PDF)
The Regional Coalition is comprised of nine cities, towns, counties and pueblos surrounding Los Alamos National Laboratory (LANL). Founded in 2011, the Regional Coalition works in partnership to ensure national decisions incorporate local needs and concerns. Our collective voice advocates on behalf of the best possible outcomes due to LANL’s activities, particularly those in regional economic development and LANL site employment, environmental remediation, increased educational opportunities and adequate funding for LANL.
The Regional Coalition Board of Directors meet on a quarterly basis on the second Friday of every January, April, July and October. Meetings are open to the public. To view meeting materials and learn more about the Regional Coalition, please visit RegionalCoalition.org or contact firstname.lastname@example.org. Follow us on Twitter for updates on regional economic development and environmental cleanup efforts related to LANL.
