The Lodgers’ Tax Advisory Board (LTAB) makes recommendations to the Board of County Commissioners (BCC) concerning expenditure of the Occupancy Tax proceeds. The Board prepares semiannual budgets, setting forth the tax funds collected and all expenditures made during such semi-annual period.

The Board is made up of five County residents, two of whom represent the lodging industry; two who are directly involved in tourist-related industries and one member at-large representing the general public.

The Lodgers' Tax Advisory Board meets at 9:00 a.m. on the fourth Thursday of every month in the Santa Fe County Administrative Complex meeting room, 100 Catron Street, Santa Fe.
