The special Board of County Commissioners (BCC) of Santa Fe County (County) meeting that convened on Monday, August 11, 2025, will reconvene on Tuesday, August 26, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. The meeting will be held in Commission Chambers located on the second floor of 102 Grant Avenue, Santa Fe, NM 87501, with overflow seating in conference rooms at 102 Grant Avenue and 240 Grant Avenue.
The agenda of the reconvened meeting will consist only of matters appearing on the agenda of the BCC’s August 11, 2025, Public Hearing in Case No. 24-5200 Rancho Viejo Limited Partnership, Rancho Viejo Solar, LLC; AES Clean Energy Development, LLC in the form of additional questions by the BCC of County staff, Applicants, and Parties with Standing.
ATTENDANCE AND WEBCASTING
The BCC strives to make its meetings accessible to the public through alternatives to in-person attendance, such as virtual meeting platforms and webcasting. The County intends to allow members of the public to listen to this meeting virtually and to watch via YouTube and Facebook. In the event that the County’s virtual meeting platform is not working, the Public Hearings shall be recessed until such time as the virtual meeting platform is functioning.
