The Board of County Commissioners (BCC) of Santa Fe County (County) will hold a special meeting on Monday, November 2, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. in the Santa Fe County Commission Chambers, located on the second floor at 102 Grant Ave., Santa Fe, NM 87501. The primary purpose of this special meeting is to receive presentations concerning proposed amendments to the County’s Short-Term Rental and Business Licensing Regulations and the Sustainable Land Development Code.

The Board of County Commissioners strives to make its meetings accessible to the public through alternatives to in-person attendance, such as virtual meeting platforms and webcasting. However, the availability of those virtual meeting and webcasting alternatives is not guaranteed due to internet and other service disruptions and equipment failures, and duly noticed meetings may be held notwithstanding that those alternatives are unexpectedly unavailable.
