The Santa Fe County Housing Authority will hold a special meeting on Tuesday, April 14, 2026, at 1:15 p.m. in the Santa Fe County Commission Chambers located on the second floor at 102 Grant Avenue, Santa Fe, NM 87501. The primary purpose of this meeting is to request approval of the 2026–2030 Five-Year PHA Plan following the public comment period, as well as to consider SFCHA’s comments on the proposed rule issued by HUD.

At least seventy-two (72) hours before the meeting, the final agenda for the meeting shall be posted on the interactive touch screen in the lobby at the County Administration Complex, located at 240 Grant Ave., Santa Fe, NM 87501, and on the County’s website, https://www.santafecountynm.gov/.
ATTENDANCE AND WEBCASTING
The Housing Authority Board strives to make its meetings accessible to the public through alternatives to in-person attendance, such as virtual meeting platforms. However, the availability of those virtual meeting platforms is not guaranteed due to internet and other service disruptions and equipment failures, and duly noticed meetings may be held notwithstanding that those alternatives are unexpectedly unavailable. Members of the public assume the risk that they may be unable to watch, listen to, and participate in Housing Authority Board meetings through such alternatives.
