NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CASE # 25-8053 – 94 CAMINO DE LOS RANCHOS – EDWARD R. MOYA - ADMINISTRATIVE ENFORCEMENT
Santa Fe County’s Growth Management Code Enforcement requests approval of administrative enforcement due to the property owner’s failure to comply with the Notice of Written Order directing the property owner to contact Santa Fe County Code Enforcement to discuss options for compliance. As a result, the subject property is in violation of Section 3 Article 1: Abandoned or Inoperable Vehicles, Section 3 Article 5: General Nuisances Section 4: Substandard Building Conditions Parts A & B of the 2023-04 Nuisance Abatement Ordinance due to a fire. Ordinance 2023-04 Nuisance Abatement Section 10. Administrative Enforcement. A. states “When the nuisance presents no imminent threat of harm to the public, and an owner or occupant has failed to comply with a notice of violation letter, the CEO may choose to solve the nuisance through the administrative enforcement process established herein.” The Real Property is located at 94 Camino De Los Ranchos within Section 1 NW Range 9E Township 20N TR-215 in the Chimayo Rio-Chiquito Cundiyo Neighborhood being .630 AC
A public hearing will be held at the County Administrative Building, located at 102 Grant Avenue, in the Board of County Commission Chambers, on the 2nd Floor, on the 20th day of June 2025, at 1pm on a petition to the Santa Fe County Nuisance Hearing Officer. Public attendance is allowed, and in addition, members of the public can listen and participate in the meeting virtually. The code to access by phone will be available on the meeting agenda which will be posted on the County’s website (https://www.santafecountynm.gov/ ) one week before the meeting.
