The Accounts Receivable/Accounting Section of the Finance Division is responsible for the receipt of all incoming funds, including checks, Automated Clearing House (ACH) transactions, and wire transfers.

Other responsbilities include:

  • Reconciliation of Santa Fe County bank and investment accounts.
  • Invoicing of Business and Liquor Licenses, Road Cuts, and various other County projects.
