Artabout: County Solicits Public Art to Beautify Santa Fe Roadways
Santa Fe, NM – The Santa Fe County Public Works Department is seeking submissions from local artists and galleries for its new Art on Loan program, designed to enhance two key roundabouts along Richards Avenue with public art. This is a loan-based opportunity, where artists or galleries whose work is chosen will enter into a five-year loan agreement with the County. All proposed artworks must be existing sculptures, available for installation, and suitable for outdoor public display. Artists must be at least 18 years of age and reside or work in New Mexico. Medium- to large-scale artworks are preferred.
