City-County Public Meeting on Henry Lynch Road Reconstruction and Agua Fria Roundabout

SANTA FE, N.M., April 22, 2026—Join the City of Santa Fe and Santa Fe County in cooperation with the New Mexico Department of Transportation for an in-person open house about the Henry Lynch Road Reconstruction and Agua Fria Roundabout Project, Thursday, April 30, from 4:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at the Nancy Rodríguez Community Center, located at 1 Prairie Dog Loop in Santa Fe.

This project is a reconstruction of Henry Lynch Road from Rufina Street to Agua Fria Street. The intersection of Henry Lynch Road and Agua Fria Street will be redesigned as a roundabout. All roadway, drainage, pedestrian, and bicycle facilities, such as sidewalks, will be redesigned and brought up to current standards, and lighting, signing, and striping will be improved.

The purpose of the project is to provide safe and equitable access for all road users, especially vulnerable populations, by making it bicycle- and pedestrian-friendly. Improvements will also include upgraded stormwater drainage to help prevent seasonal flooding. The project is currently in the pre-final design phase (90 percent complete).

The meeting will allow the public to speak directly with project representatives, ask questions, and provide feedback in an interactive format. Public comments and questions will be accepted after the meeting through May 30, 2026, by contacting NV5, the technical engineering and consulting firm for the project (contact information listed below).
