The first draft of Santa Fe County’s new oil and gas drilling ordinance is available in the oil and gas information section at santafecounty.org/oilandgas.  Also available is the Powerpoint presentation given at today’s Board of County Commissioner’s meeting and both the oil and gas management plan and “next steps” document that provides information about the public participation process from this point moving forward.
