SANTA FE, N.M., Sept. 22, 2026 —Join Santa Fe County for Public Safety Day on Saturday, Sept. 26, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Santa Fe Place Mall located at 4250 Cerrillos Road. 

This fun, informative, family-friendly event shares information about vital services that keep our communities safe. You can meet local first responders and public safety professionals and explore the equipment that first responders use. Learn about part-time and full-time job opportunities and volunteer positions. 

Many Santa Fe County departments will be onsite, including the Office of Emergency Management, Regional Emergency Communications Center, Fire Department, Sheriff's Office, Corrections, and Human Resources.
