SANTA FE, N.M., April 13, 2026—Santa Fe County transitioned to a new agenda management and meeting platform, Diligent Community, replacing the County’s previous BoardDocs system. This upgrade reflects the County’s commitment to transparency, accessibility, and efficient government operations, and should make access easier. 

The new platform is live and available to the public, with meeting agendas and materials online at https://SantaFeCountyNM.community.DiligentOnePlatform.com/Portal/.

Diligent Community is a cloud-based system that improves how meeting agendas, materials, and records are created, managed, and shared with the public across County boards, committees, and the Board of County Commissioners.

Key features of the new system include:

Improved Search Functionality: Quickly locate current and past agendas and supporting documents.

Mobile-Friendly Access: View meeting materials across smartphones, tablets, and desktop devices.

Centralized Meeting Records: Access current and archived agendas and packet materials in one location.

Live Meeting Access: View livestreams of Board of County Commissioners meeting directly through the platform.

Streamlined Internal Processes: Enhanced efficiency in agenda development, review, and publication.

All historical meeting materials from BoardDocs have been migrated to the new platform to ensure continuity and ease of access. As part of the transition, the County is continuing to refine certain features, including legacy video links and select archived records, to ensure the most complete and user-friendly experience possible.
