Santa Fe County to Accept Bond Payments After Hours on Behalf of Municipal Court

Santa Fe, NM - June 14, 2013 - Santa Fe County Corrections Division would like to notify all residents that as of Monday, June 24, 2013 the Santa Fe Detention Center Electronic Monitoring Program employees will be receiving and processing bonds for the Municipal Court after Municipal Court regular hours. The Municipal Court will continue to receive payment of bonds from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.

The Santa Fe Detention Center Electronic Monitoring Program will accept payment Monday through Friday after 4 p.m., Saturdays and Sundays and holidays on behalf of the Municipal Court pursuant to an agreement between Santa Fe County and the City of Santa Fe. The Santa Fe Detention Center Electronic Monitoring Program is located at the Adult Detention Correction Facility, 4312 NM Highway 14.

All bonds collected by the County on behalf of the Municipal Court must be in the form of a money order or cashier’s check and made payable to “City of Santa Fe”. There is a separate $10 fee for each bond posted after hours with Santa Fe County that must be a separate payment made payable to “Santa Fe County” and must also be a money order or cashier’s check.
