SANTA FE, N.M., April 30, 2026 —This morning, Santa Fe County’s Regional Emergency Communications Center (RECC) reported issues with non-emergency phone lines due to a service outage affecting landline telephone systems.  This was a part of a larger outage affecting the area, that has been resolved. 

The RECC's non-emergency number (505-428-3710) is operational.

Santa Fe RECC appreciates the public’s patience and cooperation while the issue was resolved.  Residents are reminded to please dial 9-1-1 for any emergency requiring an immediate response from law enforcement, the fire department, or emergency medical services in situations that are life-threatening or present an immediate and severe threat to property.
