The last chance to register to vote Tuesday, October 7.  “This is an historic election” said Valerie Espinoza, Santa Fe County Clerk “Voting is our right, our duty, and our privilege; it would be a tragedy for someone to be left out of the process because they forgot to register.”

Voters new to Santa Fe County and voters needing to change anything in their registration, such as change-of-residence, must have the registration forms in to the County Clerk’s Office at 102 Grant Avenue by 5:00 pm on Tuesday, October 7.  If mailing in a registration form, it must be postmarked by Tuesday, October 7, 2008.  For more information, go to http://www.santafecountynm.gov/clerk/elections_information.phpor call 986-6280.
