NEW Right of Way Permit

Be Aware that the Santa Fe County Public Works Department has adopted the NMDOT Specifications for backfill, compaction, surface restoration and Minimum Testing Requirements (MTR’s). In accordance with the Right of Way Excavation/Restoration Ordinance 2003-1, all permittees will be required to be in full compliance of this requirement.
