During regular business hours, the public has access to view grantor/grantee data indexes and images and hard copy grantor/grantee index books in the Clerk’s Office, located at 102 Grant Avenue, Santa Fe, New Mexico free of charge. Please note: due to the ongoing pandemic, our Clerk's lobby only allows a limited number of visitors at a time. It is highly suggested that you make an appointment. However, if you wish to view images and indexes of recorded documents from your home or office computer you will need to subscribe to the Clerk’s “ClerkTrack WEB” service and pay an annual subscription fee (https://www.santafecountynm.gov/clerk/web_x).
