A special meeting of the Board of County Commissioners (BCC) of Santa Fe County (County) will be held on Thursday, November 30, 2023, at 9:30 a.m. in the Commission Chambers located on the second floor of 102 Grant Avenue, Santa Fe, NM 87501. This is a special study session, the primary purpose of which is to discuss changes and provide direction regarding those changes to the Short-Term Rental Ordinance, including those that may impact density, ownership, and overall caps of STRs.
