The Independent Salary Commission of Santa Fe County (“Commission”), established by Board of Conty Commissioners Resolution No. 2025-054 will hold an organizational meeting on November 7, 2025, at 1:00 p.m., in the Santa Fe County Commission Chambers located on the second floor at 102 Grant Avenue, Santa Fe, NM 87501. The primary purpose of this meeting is to elect a chair of the Commission and decide the dates of future meetings.

In addition to any other or different items of business that appear on the final, amended agenda (if any) for the meeting, the agenda for this special meeting is as follows:
1. Introductions.
2. Adoption of Meeting Agenda. (Action Item)
3. Election of the Chair and Vice Chair. (Action Item)

5. Presentation by Valerie Aghaei Park, County Human Resources Director.
6. Adoption of Work Plan and Meeting Schedule for Remainder of 2025. (Action Item)
