NOTICE OF JOINT SPECIAL MEETING
July 30, 2026, at 1:00 p.m.

The Board of County Commissioners (BCC) of Santa Fe County (County) and the Governing Body of the City of Santa Fe (City) will convene a joint special meeting on Thursday, July 30, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. in the Santa Fe County Commission Chambers located on the second floor at 102 Grant Ave., Santa Fe, NM.
The primary purpose of this joint special meeting is for the City and County to discuss matters of mutual interest, receive presentations, and facilitate coordination regarding shared initiatives and regional issues consistent with Resolution No. 2026-049.
AGENDA
At least seventy-two (72) hours before the meeting, the final agenda for the meeting will be posted on the interactive touch screen in the lobby of the County Administration Building located at 240 Grant Ave., Santa Fe, NM 87501; on Diligent Community, the County’s agenda management platform; and on the County Calendar website, https://www.santafecountynm.gov/events/month.
ATTENDANCE AND WEBCASTING
The Board of County Commissioners strives to make its meetings accessible to the public through alternatives to in-person attendance, such as virtual meeting platforms and webcasting. However, the availability of those virtual meeting and webcasting alternatives is not guaranteed due to internet and other service disruptions and equipment failures, and duly noticed meetings may be held notwithstanding that those alternatives are unexpectedly unavailable. Members of the public assume the risk that they may be unable to participate in BCC meetings through such alternatives.
