SANTA FE, N.M., Aug. 21, 2026—Santa Fe County is requesting public review of the draft municipal separate storm sewer system (MS4) annual report required under the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) General Permit for Discharges from Small MS4s, permit number NMR040000. The report, which is to be submitted to the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), describes Santa Fe County activities between 2025-2026 to manage stormwater pollution and comply with MS4 permit conditions. 

A copy of the draft report is available for public review on the County Stormwater webpage. Physical copies are available at the front kiosk of the Santa Fe County Administrative Complex at 240 Grant Avenue and at the Santa Fe County Public Works Complex at 424 NM-599 Frontage Road.

Please provide any comments on the draft annual report in writing by 5:00 p.m. on September 20 to:
