- Builds a new multi-use field for youth soccer, youth football, and adult flag football
- Adds a synthetic-surface baseball/softball field for year-round, low-maintenance recreation
- Expands pickleball courts and develops additional amenities as space and funding allow
- Replaces deteriorated sewer pipes and corrects inadequate pipeline slopes
- Improves reliability of the sewer collection system through targeted rehabilitation
- Enhances long-term infrastructure performance for residents in the Santa Cruz community
- Installs new welcome signs at key entrances identified in the Tesuque Roads Safety Study
- Includes placement along CR73, CR590, and north CR591 in newly built median islands
- Enhances community identity and improves roadway aesthetics at major access points
- Constructs a multi-use trail extension along NM14 from Rancho Viejo Blvd to the NMRX–NM599 Station
- Improves pedestrian and bicycle connectivity using NMDOT and Fire Place Road right-of-way
- Enhances regional access to transit, recreation, and multimodal transportation options
- Improves housing quality with new stucco, ADA showers, plumbing repairs, updated appliances, cabinets, and windows
- Enhances safety through carbon monoxide detectors, electrical meter upgrades, solar lighting, and security cameras
- Includes site improvements such as sidewalk and curb repairs, landscaping, maintenance shop upgrades, and rehabilitation of the community park
- Evaluates feasibility and requirements for extending County water infrastructure to underserved areas
- Assesses service options for individual homes, small clusters, and neighborhoods not currently connected
- Reviews potential alignments, capacity needs, and design considerations in line with County standards
- Plans a dedicated Youth Behavioral Health Center in Santa Fe County in response to rising youth mental health needs
- Co-locates key services such as suicide prevention, therapy, case management, MRSS, grief and family counseling, and psychiatry
- Builds a coordinated network of care through partnerships with state agencies and private sector providers
