What is the Uplift Youth Program?
The Uplift Youth Program empowers youth and families in Santa Fe County through agency and self-referrals. We build strong relationships and create tailored case plans to meet individual needs. By collaborating with families, we promote positive youth development. With over 30 years of experience partnering with community agencies and schools, we provide the comprehensive support every youth and family deserves.
Who is eligible?
- A code of conduct violation has occurred, or the youth is involved in any diverted/deflected misdemeanor offense.
- The youth must acknowledge their fault regarding the situation. This requirement ensures the youth understands the consequences of their actions.
- A social referral can be made for issues related to behavior or well-being.
Parents and guardians, along with the youth, are encouraged to participate actively. For youth under the age of 14, parental or guardian consent is essential.
Mission Statement:
We uplift youth and families through restorative justice and diversion services that promote accountability, support, and personal growth in safe, healing-centered environments.
Vision Statement:
We envision a thriving community where inclusive, restorative practices empower youth and families, break cycles of harm, and foster lasting, generational healing.
