The victim reported that the suspect, who is the victim’s boyfriend’s ex-girlfriend, began to follow her closely and then tried to run her off the road. Deputies were able to make contact with both the victim and the suspect on US-84/285. Upon investigation the suspect was arrested on numerous charges.
The suspect was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility on the above charge(s).

On the above date the above suspect was found with a clear plastic wrap substance during a strip search. The contraband found in the clear plastic wrap was heroin. The above suspect denied knowing what was in the plastic and said she was holding for another inmate. The above suspect was rebooked into the Santa Fe County Jail.

On 01-23-17 the victim reported someone entered her storage unit and removed the above item. Access was gained by cutting the latch on the storage unit door to remove the lock. Once inside the residence the above item was taken. The victim could not identify any other items taken at this time. Suspect information is pending.

On 01/23/17 contact was made with the above subject, who was walking along Interstate 25. Upon checking the above subjects identification it was learned he had an outstanding warrant out of Santa Fe County Magistrate Court for Failing to Pay Fines. Upon his arrest he was found to be in possession of items used for the consumption of narcotics. He was booked accordingly into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility.

Santa Fe County Sheriff's Deputies responded to the Buffalo Thunder Casino in reference to a domestic disturbance. Deputies arrived and made contact with the victim who stated her boyfriend Arturo Delariva-Herrera started arguing with her. Victim stated the argument became heated at which time the defendant threw an item at her then struck her with his hand. The defendant was questioned then placed under arrest accordingly. The defendant was transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center where he was booked accordingly.
