In response to reports of gunfire in the area deputies were patrolling the area. Deputy Modgling observed Mr. Gonzales walking along the roadway. Upon identifying him it was learned that the suspect had an outstanding warrant for his arrest.
In the process of inventorying his property at the Detention Facility a small tin that contained suspected methamphetamine was found.
The suspect was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility on the above charge(s).

On Friday June 9, 2017 at 4:48pm, Deputies were dispatched to mile marker 183 on US highway 84/ 285 (Family Dollar) in reference to a reckless driver in a green in color Chevrolet Suburban. Deputies located the vehicle at the above location, with the driver (Melinda Madrid) in the driver seat. Driver emitted a strong odor of alcohol from her person. Driver verbally admitted to consuming 3 beers and 2 shots. SFST were administered. Driver displayed signs of impairment. She was transported and booked accordingly.

On 06-10-17 Deputies were dispatched to a Domestic Dispute at the above location. During the investigation it was determined the above suspect was battered a family member during an argument. The suspect was taken into custody and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center Accordingly.

Deputy War was dispatched to the listed area in reference to a reckless driver. Deputy War located the vehicle and conducted a traffic stop at which time the suspect was identified. Signs of impairment were observed and the suspect refused to submit to SFST's. Suspect was arrested and provided a breath sample of .34 .32. Suspect was booked accordingly.

The missing person’s mother stated that she last spoke with her daughter at 7:00pm today. She stated that her daughter was going to Sprout’s Market to purchase an item from someone who was selling it by way of Craigslist. Ms. Slone was entered into N.C.I.C. as a missing person.

Charges: DWI – Child Abuse – Restraints Required (Child) - Speeding
Narrative: The suspect was stopped for going 45mph in a 25mph zone. When the vehicle was approached it was observed that the driver’s five (5) year old son was not properly restrained in the vehicle.
The suspect was administered the Standardized Field Sobriety Tests which showed signs of impairment.
The suspect was arrested booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility on the above charge(s).

On 06/08/17 the above individual was stopped by Pojoaque Tribal PD for improper vehicle equipment. Upon checking the status of the above individuals drivers license status it was learned his license was revoked with the arrest clause. While being booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility, the above individual was found to be in possession of a black tar substance, which he was concealing in his person. The above individual was booked accordingly.
