Driver was stopped by Deputy after observing a traffic violation. Upon contact with the driver, the deputy detected an odor of marijuana coming from within the passenger compartment of the vehicle. The driver admitted to smoking marijuana prior to be stopped. Driver submitted to field sobriety testing and was arrested after impairment was detected. Suspect complied with chemical testing and a legal blood draw was administered. The suspect was then booked into the jail accordingly.
