Deputies responded to the above location in reference to a report of a criminal sexual penetration of a female inmate. It was reported that one (1) female inmate held another female inmate down, while another female inmate posed as a "lookout" and then sexaully assaulted her in search of narcotics. Evidence was collected at the scene and the case was turned over Santa Fe County Sheriff's Office Criminal Investigations Unit for further investigation.

Arrested: Juvenile
Deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to a missing juvenile that was also on electronic monotoring. The juvenile was located by deputies and returned home. Upon returning home, it was learned that prior to the juvenile leaving the home, the juvenile grabbed his mother by the throat. The juvenile also had broken a mirror inside the residence prior to leaving. The juvenile was arrested and booked into the juvenile detention facility without incident after cintact was made with the Juvenile Probation Office.

Deputies were dispatched to the jail in regards to an inmate being found in possession of a controlled substance while she was incarcerated. Deputy re booked the inmate into the jail with the additional charges.

Victim reported to Deputy that an unknown company had contacted her via phone and informed her of services they could provide. Victim paid for the services and after, the company called again stating they were refunding her payment but asked she send a portion of the money back. The victim complied but after several more times of this happening, she was alerted of a possible scam. Case is under investigation.

Deputy initiated a traffic stop with the listed persons vehicle after observing a traffic violation.The driver stated he did not have a valid license to operate a vehicle and wasrevoked arrest pusuant. The driver was arrested and upon arriving at the jail, he was found to be in possession of controlled substances. The subject was charged accordingly.

Inmate at Detention facility was found in possession of a large quanity of narcotics with intent to distribute Heroin, Cocaine and Suboxone. He was charged and re-booked for Trafficking.

Arrested: Vaughn, Pamela A.; 63 years of age; Santa Fe, NM 87506
The above suspect was involed in a motor vehicle crash at the above location and it was suspected that the driver was under the influence of an intoxicating liquor or drug. Contact was made with the suspect at the hospital. Deputies observed signs of impairment and a strong odor of an intoxicating liquor was emitting from the suspects expelled breath. Standardized Field Sobriety tests were administered and signs of impairment were agian noted. The suspect consented to a legal blood and was subsequently arrested on the above stated charges without incident.

Arrested: Hernandez-Estrada, Hugo; 23 years of age; Santa Fe, New Mexico 87507
Deputies responded to the above location on this date in reference to a fight in progress in which an individual was armed with a knife. It was determined through investigation that the above suspect was holding his girlfriend at knife point in the residence and wouldnt not let her leave. The victim's sister and friend arrived on scene and the suspects attention was diverted from the victim. The victim attempted to escape through a window that the suspect broke and got free. The sister and friend, while assisting the victim were assaulted by the suspect and a physical fight ensued between the suspect and the male friend. The suspect was arrested on the above charges without incident.

Deputies were dispatched to the above location to conduct a welfare check on four children possibly living in poor conditions. Upon deputies arrival they found the home to be filthy and full of dog feces. The above suspect was arrested on four counts of child abuse and booked at ADC. The children were turned over to a relative. Case is still under investigation.

Deputies were dispatched to the above area in regards to a stolen motorcycle. The victim reported an unknown suspect stole his 2003 Yamaha YZ250 from his yard on the above date. Case is still under investigation.
