On Friday, November 27, 2015 at 2:55am, Deputy responded to location in reference to an inmate found in possession of a controlled substance. Suspect was found in possession of Methamphetamine, which was inside a plastic bag. Suspect was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

Location: Interstate 25 MP 275 Northbound
Arrested: Kathryn Bryant 26 yoa female (Rio Rancho)
Suspect was operating a vehicle northbound on Interstate 25. Witnesses stated Suspect was driving fast and reckless when she then crashed her vehicle into a guardrail on the Interstate. The vehicle came to a stop on the shoulder where it was discovered the suspect had a 7 year old male relative in the vehicle. Suspect was intoxicated and showed signs of impairment. Suspect refused a breath test. Suspect was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Detention Center without further incident.

Suspect: Daniel Gonzales 48 years old, Penasco, NM
Deputy was dispatched to a domestic dispute. During the investigation, suspect pushed his mother and sister. Suspect was arrested and transported to Santa Fe Adult Detention Center where he was booked accordingly.

Victim reported her residence was entered after a door was forced open. Once inside the suspect stole two televisions. Case is under investigation.

Deputy responded to location after a report of a motor vehicle crash. Upon arrival, Deputy contacted the driver and appeared to be impaired due to intoxication. SFST's were administered and suspect was arrested. Suspect submitted to chemical testing and results were .13, .12. Suspect was booked into jail accordingly.

Tuesday, the above listed driver was observed tailgating and honking at other motorist. A traffic stop was conducted and the driver was found to be impaired. The driver was arrested without incident and booked into ADC.
