Deputies responded to the above area reference a residential burglary.  Deputies learned an unknown person gained entry into the residence through an unsecured window and the above items were stolen.  No suspects have been identified and case is still under investigation.

Arrested: Andres Garcia, 22 years old, Santa Fe NM, 87505

 Santa Fe Sheriff Deputies responded to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center in reference to an inmate located with drug paraphernalia. Contact was made with jail staff who advised that an instrument used to introduce narcotics into the body was located on the above listed suspect. The paraphernalia was taken as evidence. The inmate was questioned and booked for the additional charge.

Arrested: Juan Abrego 40 years old, Santa Fe, NM, 87505

 Santa Fe County Sheriiff's Deputies responded to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center in reference to a reported inmate found in possession of a narcotic. Deputies arrived on scene and made contact with staff who advised the above lsited suspect was located with a narcotic in his possession. The suspected narcotics were taking for further testing. The inmate was charged accordingly.

Location: El Camino Solo , Santa Fe, NM, 87532 ( Arroyo Seco area)

Stolen: Power tools

 Santa Fe County Sheriff's Deputies responded to an address on El Camino Solo in reference to a reported burglary. Contact was made with the victim who stated beween 11:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. on todays date suspect(s) gained unlawful entry into a structure at the home. Once entry was gained the suspect(s) took multiple power tools from within the structure. The scene was processed for evidence. This case remains under investigation.

Location: 200 block of Tesuque Village Road Santa Fe, NM

Items taken: Electronics

 

On the above date, between the hours of 3:50 P.M. and 4:45 P.M. Deputy was dispatched to the above address regarding a burglary. Forced entry was gained by breaking a window and electronics were removed once suspects entered the home.  Case is under investigation.

At 11:40am, 06-02-15, Deputies responded to burglar alarm at a private residence.

Upon arrival signs of forced entry through a bathroom window were observed.

Deputies checked the residence but the burglar(s) had already fled the scene.

At the time of report the only item known missing is a 50” Flat Screen Television – Value: $1,500.00

No suspect information is available at this time.

Suspect: Jesus Ramirez / 29 / Santa Fe, NM

 

On Tuesday, June 2nd, 2015, Deputies responded to the above location in reference to the suspect being found in possession of a controlled substance.

Corrections Officers observed the suspect chewing something in his mouth which upon investigation was found to be Suboxone.

Suspect was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

 


SFCSO Case # 0215008218/ Missing Juvenile/ Runaway, 06-01-2015

Location: 131 Peaks Place, Santa Fe County

Missing: Barrela. Leticia; 14 years of age. Last seen wearing a grey sweat shirt, grey sweat pants. Long brown hair, down her back, brown eyes, 4"11 and 115 ponds.

 

Deputies received a call that the above listed juvenile ranaway from her mothers residence on today's date. The child is believed to be with friends. A search of the area was conducted but the juvenile was not located. Contact was attempted with the juvenile via cell phone and social media but contact was not made. The juvenile was entered into NCIC (National Crime Information Center- database). If this juvenile is seen, contact law enforcement.


SFCSO Case #0215008219/ Distribution of marijuana, Careless driving, No insurance and Expired registration.

Location: Rufina Street/ Calle Atajo Santa Fe, New Mexico 87507

Arrested: Woods, Matthew; 26 years of age; Rio Rancho, New Mexico

   (Driver) Martinez, Savannah; 20 years of age; Ohkay Owingeh, New Mexico

Deputies responded to the above location in reference to a traffic crash. Contact was made with the driver and its occupant. During contact with the driver and passenger, several small cellophane baggies were located having a green leaf like substance consistence with marijuana. Neither the driver or occupant claimed the substance, both were arrested on distribution of marijauna. The driver was also charged with careless driving, no insurance and expired registration. Both occupants were charged and booked accordingly without incident.

Suspect: Leonard Fernandez, 52, Espanola, NM

Charges: Battery Against a Household Member

On Monday, June 1, 2015 at 6:21 PM, Deputies were dispatched to location in reference to a domestic dispute. The victim and suspect got into a verbal argument and during the argument the suspect battered the victim. The victim suffered non-life threatening injuries as a result of this incident. Suspect was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without inicident.
