On Monday, August 11, 2014 at 9:30 PM officers responded to a disorderly individual at a residence at the location. Upon arrival the suspect was observed operating the vehicle attempting to leave the residence. The suspect was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and refused to submit to a breathalyzer Test. The vehicle was seized pursuant to Santa Fe County Ordinance 2006-5

Stolen: 62" Samsung Television, Misc. Jewelry
Victim reported on this date sometime between 12:00 pm and 16:20 unknown persons gained entry into the above location by prying open the back door to the residence. Once inside unknown persons stole a 62” Samsung television and a jewelry box with misc. jewelry.
The items stolen were valued at about $3100.

Stolen: window air conditioner unit
Victim reported on this date sometime between August 7,2014 and August 10,2014 unknown persons gained entry into the above residence by removing a window mounted air conditioning unit. Once inside the unknown persons pried open a safe that was located in the master bedroom closet. The safe had been emptied prior to the burglary. The air conditioning unit was also stolen by unknown persons.
The items stolen were valued at about $250.

Victim reported on this date some unknown person unlawfully reached into his unlocked vehicle through the rolled down windows and stole the above listed items as the vehicle sat in the above parking lot.

Victim reports that sometime between August 8th at 6pm and August 9th at 4am unknown persons gained unlawful entry into the above location. It is unknown how entry was gained. Once inside the above items were taken. Case still pending further investigation.

Stolen/Recovered: 2 female rings, Cobra radar detector, $3.32 in U.S. Currency, i-Phone Cable, mulit-purpose cable, USB Cable, overhead door opener, and screwdriver total estimated value: $237.32 dollars
Arrested: Derek Martinez, 26 yoa male, Santa Fe, NM
Charges: Auto Burglary, and Larceny
Deputies responded to the above location at approximately 0538 hours in reference to an Auto Burglary in progress. While deputies were en-route a description of the suspect was given. Upon arrival they found the above suspect leaving the area. Victim reports the above items were taken from a Gray Hyundai Elantra, which was parked in the parking lot at the above location. Entry was gained through an unsecure door. The above suspect was found with the above items that were stolen from within the vehicle on his person. He was arrested and booked accordingly without further incident.

Arrested: Anna Chavez 41 yoa female (Clovis NM)
On Sunday August 10 2014 at about 12:46 am Deputy Gabriel Ortiz traffic stopped the above suspect due to the suspect being unable to maintain a single traffic lane while southbound. Deputy Robert Garcia arrived on scene and suspect smelled of an alcoholic beverage. Suspect was administered field sobriety tests and displayed signs of impairment. Suspect was arrested and refused to provide a breath or blood sample. Suspect was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center without further incident.

Subject was stopped by deputies after he reportedly left the scene of a physical domestic dispute. Subject displayed signs of impairment and was administered sobriety tests. Subject showed signs of intoxication and was arrested for aggravated DWI as well as battery against a household member and various other charges. The subjects vehicle was seized in accordance with Santa Fe County Seizure Ordinance. Subject was taken to jail and booked accordingly.

Deputies responded to the above location at approximately 4:26 a.m. in reference to a burglary in progress. Upon deputies arrival the above suspect was observed jumping over a fence fleeing on foot. Suspect was located and detained. Victim reports the above suspect broke a rear sliding door in attempt to gain access into the residence. Value of damage was estimated at $1,000.00. The above was arrested and booked on the above charges without further incident.
