On Monday March 09, 2015 Santa Fe Sheriff Deputies responded to the area of the Country Club Apartments in reference to a reported burglary. Deputies arrived and made contact with the complainant. The Complainant stated between Friday March 06, 2015 at 5:00pm and March 09, 2015 at 8:00 am suspect(s) gained unlawful entry into a mechanics office, once entry was gained the suspect(s) then took several power tools from the room. Suspect(s) also took US currency in change from the area. This case remains under investigation.

Location: Residence off US Highway 84/285 in Pojoaque
Deceased: 89-year-old male from Pojoaque N.M.
On 03-09-15 at about 2:20AM the deceased's care giver located the male unresponsive in his residence. Medics were dispatched to the scene and found no signs of life. The deceased suffered from several serious medical conditions. Office of the medical investigator found no signs of foul play.

Suspect: Ian Griffith Age: 31 Santa Fe
Ian Griffith was arrested for Aggravated Burglary after it was discoverd through investigation he had unlawfully entered a residence and stole a shotgun, misc artwork, solar pannels and solar energy storing batteries. Property was recovered at his home in Santa Fe.

Location: Residence on Azul Loop in the Eldorado area
Arrested: Nichole Bronstrop, 31-year-old female from Santa Fe N.M.
On 03-07-15 the above suspect was involved in an altercation with her husband in which she attacked him physically while he was holding their 2-year-old child. She was arrested and booked accordingly.

Location: Residence in the Riverside Mobile Home Park off Airport Road
Arrested: Alvaro Galvez-Ventura, 28-year-old male from Santa Fe N.M.
On 03-08-15 the 11-year-old female victim spent the night at a friend's house in the Riverside Mobile Home Park. While the victim was sleeping she awoke to the above suspect touching her genital area. The suspect was arrested on the above charge.

Deputies responded to burglary in progress and apprehended Hope Perea hidng in a tool shed after burglarizing a residence. Property was returned to victim and she was booked for Burglary and Larceny.

On Friday March 06, 2015 Santa Fe County Sheriff Deputies responded to the area of Hyde Park Road in reference to Santa Fe Sheriff Deputies arrived on scene and made contact with the victim. The victim reported that on March 06, 2015 between the hours of 1:00am -6:45am suspect(s) took a generator from the bed of the victims vehicle. This case remains under investigation.

Victim: Female, 34, Santa Fe, NM
Suspect: Male, 18, Santa Cruz, NM
Vehicle: Gray, 2005, Dodge, 4 door
On Friday, March 6, 2105 between an unkniwn time and 10:35 AM the suspect gained entry to a residence at the location through an unsecured window on the west side of the residence. Once entry was gained the suspect removed a 26" TV, X-Box One, 10 baseball caps and 2 pairs of shoes totalling $1,350.00. The suspect then fled in the vehicle. The TV and X-Box were subsequently recovered.

Location: Calle Agua Clara - Rancho Viejo Subdivision
Arrested: Jonathan Peralta - age 34 - Santa Fe, NM
Deputies responded to a suspicious vehicle call at the above location and found the above male seated in the driver seat with his four-year-old son in the vehicle. The driver changed gears to neutral and the car rolled forward and hit a curb. The driver was incoherent and had an odor of alcholic beverage on his person. He was transported to the hospital for evaluation and later found to have signs of impairment. He was placed under arrest and booked into ADC after being cleared from the hospital.
