On Saturday, July 19, 2014 at 1:18 AM the suspect was operating the vehicle north at the location without operational tail lights. The suspect was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and had a Breath Alcohol Content of .16 or greater. The suspect was found to be in possession of a glass type smoking device that contained suspected, burnt, marijuana residue. The suspect was unable to produce proof of insurance. The suspect was found to be in possession of an open container of Mickey's Beer. A check with the New Mexico Department of Motor Vehicles revealed that the suspect's New Mexico Drivwer's License is revoked with the Arrest Clause attached. This check also revealed that the vehicle registration had expired January 31, 2014. A check with the National Crime Information Center revealed that there was a valid Arrest warrant for the suspect issued by the Santa Fe County Magistrate Court. The vehicle was seized pursuant to Santa Fe County Ordinance 2006-5.

On July 17th,2014 a traffic stop was conducted for a traffic violation. During the course of the stop the above suspect gave different names and was found to be concealing his identity. Suspect was found to have an active warrant for his arrest on out of Soccoro Magistrate Court. Suspect was arrested and taken to the Santa Fe County Detention Center without further incident.

On above date deputies were dispatched to above address in reference to a missing person. The reporting party wanted to report that Alexis Romero ran away from youth shelter employee at Santa Fe High School after being picked up from summer school.

On this date Deputies responded to the above location in reference to battery upon a peace officer. The above suspect struck a corrections officer in the face as she was being walked back to her cell, the suspect was arrested and rebooked into the Santa Fe County Jail.

On Thursday, July 17, 2014 at 1:12 AM deputies responded to a parking lot at the location in reference to a possibly impaired person attempting to leave the location in the vehicle. The suspect was found at the location and admitted to driving the vehicle to the location. The suspect was found to be under the influence of a prescription medication. The suspect submitted to a Blood Test. Results of that test are pending.

On July 15, 2014 Santa Fe Sheriff Deputies responded to an address on Richards Avenue in reference to a reported burglary. Deputies arrived and made contact with the victim. Victim stated sometime between July 14, 2014 at 9:00pm and July 15, 2014 at 7:00am unknown suspects gained unauthorized entry into the victims vehicle. Once entry was gained suspect(s) took the victims purse with all the contents of the purse. This case remains under investigation.

On July 14, 2014 Deputies responded to a residence off Ranch sin Vaca in reference to a breaking and entering. Upon arrival Deputies learned an unknown suspect entered the residnece through a window. While in the residnece the unknown did not move or touch any items in the residence and for reasons unknown the suspect left the residence.
