Arrested: Edward Lucio 33 years old, Santa Fe, NM, 87506
Santa Fe County Sheriffs Deputies responded to # 30 Buffalo Thunder Trail in reference to a female cashing several checks that appeared to be suspicious. Santa Fe Sheriff Deputies arrived and made contact with the above listed suspects. Evidence was located that showed both suspects were cashing fraudulent checks and using victims identitties to do so. The suspects vehicle was located in the parking lot at which time it was discovered the suspects were in possession of a stolen motor vehicle. A search of the vehicle revealed a firearm. Both suspects were arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Detention Center. This case remains under further investigation.

Charges: Driving on a Revoked Driver's License and Roadways laned for traffic.
Deputies observed the above suspect driving a 1993 Cadillac on Shenandoah Trail. The driver was unable to maintain his lane and was stopped. Driver was arrested for operating a the vehicle while his driving privilages had been revoked.

Stolen: A Green, 1998 Chevrolet Lumina NM: MPW-161
Victim reported her 14 year old daughter had runaway from home. She believes her daughter also stole her vehicle, as the keys were taken from her purse. Mother was unaware where her daughter may have left to.

Location: 67 Ogo Wii (Phillips 66 gas station in Pojoaque)
Arrested: Joe Boling, 59-year-old male from El Rancho N.M.
On 03-21-15 at approximately 8:00PM the suspect drove up to the gas station, entered and began causing a disturbance inside. Deputies were dispatched and made contact with the suspect who showed signs of intoxication. He admitted to drinking Vodka prior to driving. A DWI investigation was conducted and he was placed under arrest.

Location: residence on Aspen Loop in Cottonwood mobile home park
On 03-22-15 at approximately 12:00AM a neighbor observed what appeared to be 6 to 8 juveniles enter a vacant home. The neighbor could hear things breaking insode the home. The suspects fled the scene prior to law enforcements arrival.

Arrested: Emmanuel Ortiz-Vivanco, 28-year-old male from Santa Fe N.M.
On 03-22-15 at approximately 12:29AM the above suspect entered the Allsup's at 5166 Agua Fria and told the clerk "I dont want to hurt you. Give me the money" The clerk opened the register and the suspect grabbed money from the drawer. The suspect fled the store in a black Chevrolet Impala driven by another male. The black Impala was located a short time later in the Cottonwood mobile home park with the above suspect inside the vehicle. He was placed under arrest and the money was recovered.

Deputies responded to an unattended death at the above location. The decedent an 85 year old female had failing health and had not been feeling well for about a week. No foul play is not suspected.

Victim reported unknown persons entered their residence and attempted to steal several items from the residence. The items were located on the driveway of the residence and were not stolen. Case is under investigation.

Missing: Stephen Pacheco, Age 15
Deputies responded to the above address and spoke with Stephen Pacheco. Mr. Pacheco reported his son had not retuned home after school. Mr. Pachco said Stephen Jr attends SFHS. Stephen Jr's whereabouts are unknown at this time. Case is still under investigation.
