Victim reported to Deputy that during the times of August 23, 2013 and November 12, 2013, an unknown person had stolen her information and used it for personal gain. Case is under investigation.

Location:  residence off of Johnson Mesa, Santa Fe, NM (Windmill Estates)

On 11/12/13 deputy was dispatched to above location in reference to a burglary.  Victim stated that on 11/11/13 at 10:30 p.m. and 11/12/13 at 6:15 a.m. unknown persons gained entry into his vehicle and stole an owner's manual, registration, and an insurance card.  Estimated value of items taken is $70.00.  No damage to the vehicle.

Victim reported to Deputy that today between the hours of 12:30 pm and 5:45 pm, unknown persons forced entry into her vehicle and rummaged through her vehicle. Victim stated no items were taken.

Between November 11, 2013 at 7:00 PM and November 12, 2013 at 7:00 AM person(s) unknown gained entry to the the vehicle which was  unsecured at the location.  Once entry was gained ;person(s) removed a set of keys and the vehicle's paperwork from the vehicle.

Location: Kates Way ( Lower Agua Fria area) Santa Fe NM

Stolen: 2 Roping Circle Y Saddles, 2 batteries

Victim reported sometime between 11-10-13 at 1200hrs and 11-11-13 at 1100hrs an unknown suspects gained entry into the victims vehicles. The suspects took the saddles from the tack room of the horse trailer and the batteries from a camping trailer. Neighbors advised they saw a brown truck with two young Teens dragging something over the fence and into the bed of their truck.

The above listed items stolen were valued at about $7718.00

Stolen: Sony CD player, white Ipod shuffle 2GB

Victim reported sometime Between 11-10-13 at 2000 hrs and 11-11-13 1030 hrs an unknown suspect gained entry into the above vehicle by breaking driver side rear window. The unknown suspects took the above items.

Location: 1A Little Bear Lane (Pojoaque Area)

Stolen: 16 foot Utility Trailer Rust Red with Mess Screen

The victim stated between the hours of 3:00a.m to 10:00a.m on November 09, 2013 an unknown suspect stole his 2000 16 foot rust in color utility trailer bearing New Mexico plate 28407TRJ from his yard.

The above listed vehicle was valued at about $1200.00

Location:  300 block of State Road 76, Espanola, NM

On 11/9/13 deputy responded to above location in reference to a burglary.  Victim stated that on 11/7/13  between 11:30 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. unknown persons gained entry into his shed and stole a tile saw.  Estimated value of the tile saw is $150.00.  No damage was done to the shed.

On 11/9/13 deputy responded to above location in reference to a larceny.  Victim stated that on 10/30/13 UPS delivered an I-Phone to her residence.  Victim stated that she never received the package.  Esitmated value of the I-Phone is $649.00.

Location: Tusa Drive, Santa Fe, NM

Deputies responded to above location in reference to an unconscious and not breathing male. Upon deputies arrival a male subject was found deceased at the residence. Victims mother indicated victim suffered from depression and anxiety. No foul play suspect at this time.
