On 10-13-14 the victim attended a fundraiser at a residence on Blue Stem Drive. A valet parked the victims vehicle. Later the victim discovered her Iphone was missing from the vehicle. Further investigation revealed it had been sold at a kisok in the Santa Fe Place Mall.

Arrested: Eric Archuleta, 31yoa, Fairview, NM 87533
Santa Fe County Sheriff's Deputies were dispatched to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility in regards to an inmate in the possession of drug paraphernalia. The inmate was acting suspiciously and correctional officers questioned him and subsequently located a syringe on his person. The suspect was charged and re-booked on the charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Victim was leaving the Cities of Gold Casino and as she walked though the parking lot to get to her vehicle, a male approached her and attempted to steal her purse. The victim was pushed to the ground and sustained minor injuries as a result of the assault. The Santa Fe County Sheriff's Office is currently investigating the matter.

Entry was gained by breaking a passenger side window. Once inside the above item was taken. Case still pending further investigation.
