Victim reports that between the dates of August 27, 2014 and August 29, 2014 unknown persons stole the above item. The ring was placed in a pocket of a backpack and the backpack was put in a teacher's office. Case still pending further investigation.

Santa Fe Sheriff's Office responded to the area of Camino Los Abuelos in reference to a reported larceny. Victim reported that suspect(s) damaged the victims gate then took the battery that operated the gate. Suspects are pending at this as this case remains under investigation.

Deputies were dispatched to the suspects residence in reference to a welfare check. When deputies arrived at the residence;Suspect came to the door holding a firearm. Suspect was also intoxicated and found to be a convicted felon stemming from a felony conviction in 2000. Suspect was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Detention Center without incident.

On Wednesday September 3, 2014 deputies were flagged down in reference to a male who was down on the ground near the roadway. The male was located nearby and was acting nervous and shaky. A patdown was conducted and male was found to be in possession of heroin and a homemade smoking device. Suspect was arrested and booked without incident.

On Tuesday September 2, 2014 between the times of 3:00pm to 7:30pm unknown person(s) made unauthorized entry into the victims vehicle while parked at the above location. While inside the vehicle, the unknown suspect stole various tools, (4) packs of Marlboro cigarettes, and jewelry having a total value of $705.00. This case is currently under investigation wth the Santa Fe County Sheriff's Office.

On Tuesday, September 2, 2014 at 6:10 PM the suspect was operating the vehicle west at the location with a minor passenger in the vehicle not restrained by a seat belt. The suspect was found to under the influence of marijuana and submitted to a Blood Test. Results of this test are pending. The suspect was found to be in possession of a smoking device containing suspected burnt marijuana residue. The suspect allowed both victims, who are under the age of eightteen, to ingest marijuana in his presence. The vehicle was seized pursuant to Santa Fe County Ordinance 2006-5.

During an Operation Buckledown assignment the above deputy made contact with the above listed defendant in regards to a Motor Code violation. The driver displayed signs of impairment and subsequently refused chemical testing. The driver was booked on the above charges and transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention facility without incident.

Arrested: Randy Maestas 51 yoa male (Alcalde)
On Monday September 1st, 2014 the above subject was stopped by Pojoaque Tribal Police after SFRECC received a phone call that the above suspects vehicle was all over the road. Deputies arrived on scene and the subject smelled heavily of an alcoholic beverage coming from his breath and person. SFST's were conducted and signs of impairment were noted. Suspect was arrested and refused a breath test. Suspect was also found to be in possession of hydrocodone medication without a prescription. Suspect was booked into the Santa Fe County Detention Center without further incident. Suspects vehicle was seized in accordance with Santa Fe County Ordinance, due to this incident being his 2nd DWI.
