On February 07, 2014 Santa Fe Sheriff's Deputies responded to the area of Agua Fria and Camino Juliana in reference to a report motor vehicle collision. Upon Deputies arrival contact was made with the above mentioned driver. The driver smelled of alcoholic beverages at which time SFST's were administered. Driver showed signs of impairment and was subsequently arrested. Driver was later booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

Suspect: Ernest Lujan Age: 24 Santa Fe
Deputies responded to a Domestic Disturbance and discovered that Ernesto Lujan had pointed a firearm at a Household Member and placed a child in danger during the incident. No injuries were sustained and Lujan was booked accordingly.

Arrested: Jared Dukeminier 41 years old, Santa Fe, NM, 87505
On February 06, 2014 Santa Fe Sheriff's Deputy Talache was patrolling the area of State Road 285 when he observed a vehicle swerve several times then stopped abruptly. Deputy made contact with the above driver and detected the oder of alcoholic beverages. SFST's were administered at which time the driver showed signs of impairment. Driver was arrested and did submit to a breath test. Driver was later booked into the Santa Fe Adult Detention Center.

Arrested: Dylan Roybal 21 years old, Santa Fe, NM, 87507
On February 07, 2014 Santa Fe Sheriff's Deputy Garcia was patrolling the area of Richards Avenue and Oshara Blvd when he observed a vehicle traveling in that area without the use of lights on the license plate. The above listed driver was stopped at which time Deputy Garcia detected the odor of alcoholic beverages coming from the vehicle. SFST's were administered at which time the driver showed signs of impairment. The driver was arrested and submitted to a breath test at the Santa Fe, Sheriff's Office. The suspect was then booked into the Santa Fe County Detention Center.

On February 6, 2014 Santa Fe Sheriff Deputies responded to an address on Calle Corazzi in reference to a domestic disturbance. Upon Deputies arrival contact was made with the victim. Victim advised she got into an argument with her husband. The argument became physical when her husband (above lsited) touched the victim in a rude, insolent or angry manner. The suspect was located and palced under arrest without incident. The suspect was booked into the Santa Fe County Detention Center.

The above subject was located on the East Frontage Road when it was learned that he had an active arrest warrant for Resisting, Conspiracy and Armed Robbery. Suspect was arrested without incident and booked into ADC.

Victim: Female Age:79
Sanat Fe Sheriffs responded to an address on Sunflower Drive, Santa Fe, NM in reference to an ambulance assist. Deputies arrive on scene and were advised by medics that the victim showed not signs of life. Victim reportedly battled a lengthy battle with an illness. No signs of foul play were located at the scene. This case remains under investigation.

Vicitm stated that on 2-5-2014 between the hours of 6:00 pm and 7:00 om, unknown persons forced entry into the vehicle and stole the listed items. Case is under investigation.

On the above date, Deputy conducted a traffic stop at the above location with the suspect. During the course of contact with her it was found that she was impaired by an intoxicant. Driver was unable to complete field sobriety test. Suspect was arrested and booked into Santa Fe County Jail.
