Deputies responded to a single vehicle crash at the above location. Upon arrival, Deputies contacted the listed driver who appeared to be impaired by intoxicant. Driver was administered sobriety tests and showed signs of impairment, then was arrested. Suspect submitted to chemical testing and was then taken to jail where he was booked accordingly.

to Dim Lights
On Saturday, January 25, 2014 at 2:32 AM the suspect was operating the vehicle north at the location at 74 miles per hour in a posted 65 mile per hour zone. The suspect also failed to dim the vehicle's high beam headlamps upon the approach of oncoming traffic. A check with the New Mexico Department of Motor Vehicles revealed that the suspect''s New Mexico Driver's License is revoked with the Arrest Clause attached. A check with the national Crime Information Center revealed that on July 15, 2013, Santa Fe County Magistrate Judge David Segura issued an Arrest Warrant for the suspect for Failure to Comply With Conditions of Probation. The vehicle was seized pursuant to Santa Fe County Ordinance 2006-5

Damaged: Two large double pane glass windows, and wooden patio chair Total estimated value: $2,100.00
Deputies responded to the above location in reference to a criminal damage to property. Upon contact with security and custodial staff it was discovered the above suspects were seen using a wooden patio chair to damage two large double pane glass windows. The males were also seen kicking the windows and fled the scene. Security located the suspects prior to law enforcements arrival. Suspects were also seen on video surveillance damaging the above property. Both suspects were arrested and booked accordingly without further incident.
