On Sunday, June 17, 2012 at 1:34 AM deputies responded to the location reference to a female passed out in the vehicle. Upon arrival it was determined that the suspect was under the influence of an intoxicating liquor. A Blood Alcohol Test was administered and the results of that test are pending. The suspect was also found to be in possession of an open bottle of vodka.

On above date deputies were dispatched to above address in reference to a missing/runaway juvenile. The runaway, listed above is a resident of the shelter, he got upset with other residents and left the shelter.
Missing: Nicholas Martinez, 16 yoa, 5'5, 150lbs, brown eyes, and black hair. Nicholas Martinez also has several noticiable scars on his head and was last seen wearing a Miami Heat Jersey. (No further clothing description) He was entered into NCIC and the Missing Persons Clearinghouse.

Victim reported that sometime Between 8:00am on June 13th 2012 and 12:30pm June 15th 2012 and unknown person entered a shed located on the north / west corner of her mobile home. They moved several items with in the shed to gain access to 4 20inch Gold Dayton wheels with Tires which were stolen

Victim reported on today's date between the hours of 8:40am and 5:30pm, unknown persons gained unauthorized access into the victim’s house and took the above items. There were signs of forced entry to the residence. This incident is currently under investigation by the Sheriff’s Office.

victim reported that on 6/6/12 the suspect, a Mattress Firm delivery man, arrived at his residence to deliver a mattress. The victim stated while he was holding his dog from barking/bothering the delivery guys, the suspect entered a bedroom in his home to set up the mattress. The victim explained that on 6/11/12 he noticed that approximately $1500 dollars was missing from a box he kept underneath the

Victim reported that on this date an unknown suspect(s) threw a rock through a window located at the south west side of the AutoZone. The audible alarm immediately was activated following the glass break. It appears that the suspect(s) was scared off by the alarm, so no entry was made by the suspect(s). The suspect(s) caused $1,000.00 in damage to the 5'x 12' glass window.

Charged: Aggravated Battery Against a Household Member, Abandonment or Abuse of
a Child, Arrest Order - Violation of Conditions of Probation
On Friday, June 15, 2012 at 2:47 AM the Suspect and Victim #1 were involved in a verbal altercation at a residence at the location. The altercation turned physical when the Suspect threw Victim #1 to the floor and then grabbed her by the throat. The Suspect fled the scene and was located a short time later near the residence. Victim #1 was treated at the scene by paramedics for minor injuries. Victim #2 was present at the location when this incident took place. Contact was made with the New Mexico Department of Corrections (Probation and Parole) and an Arrest Order was issued for Violation of Conditions of Probation.

Arrested: Veronica Salas-Paredes, 26-year-old female from Santa Fe N.M.
On 06-14-2012 Mrs. Salas-Paredes was booked into the Santa Fe County Jail after failing a drug test at the Electronic Monitoring Program. During the intake process at the Jail she was found to have a bag of Methamphetamine concealed in her waist band. She was booked on the above charges.

On 06-14-2012 between the hours of 11:45AM and 8:30PM someone entered the victim's residence by breaking a bedroom window. The above listed items were stolen from within the home. The case is under investigation.
