Location:  residence off of Morning Street, Santa Fe, NM (off of Agua Fria)

On 6/25/12 deputy was dispatched to the above residence in reference to a burglary.  Victim stated that when she returned home she noticed that the front door was open.  Victim stated that unknown persons entered her residence between the hours of 1100 and 1700.  Victim stated that the unknown suspects damaged a window in the back bedroom to gain entry.  Unknown suspects took misc. jewelry, misc. papers, and a Kindle.  Estimated value of the items taken is pending.  Estimated damage amount is $250.00.

Location:  residence off of Cielo Rojo, Espanola, NM (off of Boneyard Rd.)

On 6/25/12 victim stated that 5 months ago unknown suspects broke 4 windows to her residence by throwing rocks through the windows.  One of the rocks struck her 52" Projection TV and cracked the screen.  Estimated damage amount is $2800.00.

Location:  residence off of Cielo Rojo, Espanola, NM (off of Boneyard Road)

On 6/25/12 deputy was dispatched to above area in reference to a burglary.  Victim stated that sometime between 0715 and 1547 hours unknown persons forced open the front door by kicking it.  Victim stated that unknown persons took 200 DVD's, an Ipod touch, a Nintendo Wii, 2 Wii games, a DVD player, a stereo, a flatscreen TV, 2 electric guitars from within the residence.  Estimated value of items taken is $9830.00.  Estimated damage amount is $100.00.


Case#:  0212009684/ Extreme Cruelty to animals/ Date:  6/25/12

Location:  residence off of Camino de Montoya, Santa Fe, NM

On 6/25/12 deputy was dispatched to above location in reference to 2 dogs being poisoned.  Victim showed deputy the 2 dogs that were deceased.  Victim stated that when he returned home one of the dogs was still alive but was on the porch puking and foaming from the mouth.  Victim stated that he located a hamburger patty filled with what he believed to be rat poison.  It is unknown who might of poisoned the dogs.

Location: Los Lomas /Pueblo Garcia Rd (ValleVistaHousing Area)

Arrested: Christoval Martinez 22 year of male,Santa FeNM

On this date Deputies responded to the above location in reference to criminal damage to a Sheriffs Unit (damaged windows). Well investigation the incident two male subjects approach and advised that the above suspect had damaged a vehicle in Pueblo Garcia. The above suspect confessed to both incidents, he was also found to have an active bench warrant. Suspect was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail.

Location:  1000 Block of Calle Nueva Vista, Santa fe, NM

On Sunday, June 24, 2012 between 11:30 AM and 7:00 PM person(s) unknown gained entry to a residence at the location through an unsecured window.  Once entry was gained, person(s) unknown removed miscelllaneous jewelry items as well as personal igtems.


Case #0212009646/ Larceny/ 06-24-2012

Location: Saddleback Ranch Road, Galiesto, NM

Stolen:  Five (5) patio chairs. lounge chair, leather bull, Two (2) corner lamps, custom glass knife case, One (1) gate latch, clothing and boots, One (1) Ralph Lauren wicker couch, One (1) cowhide ottoman, Two (2) antique shoe shiner chairs, Three (3) poker chairs, One (1) Colonial chest 

Victim reported the suspect, an ex share holder of the property filed for bankruptcy where the above stated items were located. Suspect was allowed to keep personal items at the property but was to pick up his items between February 11, 2012 and february 16, 2012. When the victims returned to the property on June 21, 2012, they realized the above items were missing. The items were located in a common area of the property and its believed the suspect took the above items when he returned to pick up his items.

The above listed item was valued at about $33,050

Arrested: Jon Lopez, 30 years of age, Santa Fe, NM

On today's date Santa Fe County Sheriff's Deputies responded to the above address in regards to a doemstic dispute. A verbal altercation ensued between the victim and the suspect and subsequently the altercation became physical between the suspect and the victim. The above named individaul was arrested on the above stated charges without incident and was transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility.

Santa Fe County Sheriff's Deputies responded to the above addresss in regards to a domestic dispute. Suspect/Arrestee was observed in control of a motor vehicle on the property. Supsect showed signs of impairment, was placed under arrest and booked accordingly into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility.

On today's date, June 22, 2012 at approximately 4:54pm, Santa Fe County Sheriff's Deputies responded to the above address in reference to a male breaking items inside the residence. Suspect was arrested for criminal damage to property. 

The damage to the vehicle was estimated to be over $1,250.00
