On Monday, February 20, 2012 at 11:44 PM the suspect was operating the vehicle east bound at the location at 37 miles per hour in a posted 25 mile per hour zone. The suspect was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and a Breath Alcohol test was administered. The results of that test are pending. A check with the New Mexico Department of Motor Vehicles revealed that her driver's license is suspended.

Victim reported that sometime between Friday 2-17-12 and Monday 2-20-12 unknown suspect(s) gained unauthorized entry into his residence and stole the above stated items. Entry was made through and unlocked sliding back door. Case is still under investigation.

Victim reported that sometime between 11:00am and 7:00pm on 2-20-12 unknown suspect(s) gained unauthorized entry into his residence and stole the above stated items. Forced entry was made by prying open a south facing door. Case is still under investigation.

Victim reported that on 2-20-12 at approximately 3:10 unknown suspects smashed the left front window to his vehicle and stole the above stated items. Case is still under investigation.

Location: 4900 block of Calle Pico (Jemez Rd area)
Stolen: 42" Phillips flat screen tv, Droid cellular phone
Victim arrived home to his residence and observed the above male subjects leaving his residence out the front door. Victim gave chase and through neighboring yards and pinned down until police arrived. The other suspect was observed in a red in color passenger car Agua Fria and placed under arrest. Suspects gained unauthorized entry into the residence by breaking a bedroom window. They removed at 42 inch flat screen television and a Droid cellular phone. Both items were recovered. Suspects were arrested and booked accordingly at the Santa Fe County Jail.
