ON THIS DATE AT ABOVE LISTED LOCATION  SUSPECT WAS OBSERVED FAILING TO STOP AT POSTED STOP SIGN.  TRAFFIC STOP WAS CONDUCTED AND SUSPECT WAS FOUND TO HAVE AN OPEN CAN OF BEER IN THE CENTER CONSOLE.  DRIVER ADMITTED SHE HAD BEEN  DRINKING AND EVEN STATED SHE WAS DRUNK.  SUSPECT WAS ARRESTED AFTER DWI INVESTIGATION WAS COMPLETED.  SUSPECT HAD A .21 BrAC.  SUSPECT WAS TRANSPORTED TO THE ADULT DETENTION  CENTER AND BOOKED.  SUSPECTS VEHICLE WAS IMPOUNDED.

ARRESTED:  NANCY B. CALDWELL, 65 YOA FEMALE

CHARGES:  AGGRAVATED ASSAULT WITH A DEADLY WEAPON, CRIMINAL DAMAGE TO PROPERTY AND RESISTING AND OFFICER

ON THIS DATE AT ABOVE LISTED LOCATION VICTIM REPORTED HE WAS DRINKING WINE WITH HIS WIFE AND THEY STARTED ARGUING.  VICTIM STARTED TO LEAVE THE HOUSE DUE TO THE ARGUMENT WHEN SUSPECT GRABBED A HAMMER AND TOLD VICTIM SHE WAS GOING TO KILL HIM.  SUSPECT GRABBED HOLD OF VICTIM AS HE WAS TRYING TO LEAVE, SO HE PUSHED HER TO GET AWAY.  VICTIM WENT OUTSIDE TO HIS CAR TO CALL FOR HELP AND SUSPECT WAS USEING THE HAMMER ON THEIR PIANO, BREAKING IT UP.  AFTER INVESTIGATION WAS COMPLETED SUSPECT WAS ARRESTED.  DURING ARREST SUSPECT KEPT PULLING AWAY FROM OFFICERS AND WOULD NOT FOLLOW THEIR INSTRUCTIONS.  SUSPECT WAS TAKEN INTO CONTROLL AND TRANSPORTED TO THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER AND BOOKED ON THE ABOVE LISTED CHARGES.

On 11/15/11 the above victim reported that between 6pm on 11/12/11 and 3pm on 11/14/11 someone stole the hood, front grille, 2 headlights, radiator, 2 radiator fans off of his vehicle.  Victim also advised that the relay wires that run to the headlights were cut and damaged in the theft. Victim estimated the damage to be about $150.00. Estimated value of the items taken is $2264.00.

CHARGES:   AGGRAVATED ASSAULT AGAINST A HOUSEHOLD MEMBER WITH A DEADLY WEAPON AND CRIMINAL DAMAGE TO PROPERTY

ON  THIS DATE AT ABOVE LISTED LOCATION, SUSPECT WAS INVOLVED IN AN ARGUMENT WITH HER HUSBAND OVER GOING TO FAMILY COUNSELING.  SUSPECT BECAME VERY UPSET AND STARTED ARGUING WITH HER TEEN AGE DAUGHTER, WHO WAS TRYING TO GET HER PARENTS TO STOP ARGUING.  SUSPECT PICKED UP A KNIFE AND DAUGHTER RAN TO HER ROOM.  SUSPECT FORCED HER SELF INTO THE DAUGHTERS BEDROOM AND VICTIM WENT OUT THE WINDOW.  SUSPECTS HUSBAND AND DAUGHTER LEFT THE AREA IN HIS VEHICLE AND WENT TO HIS SISTERS HOUSE.  SUSPECT FOLLOWED THEM AND AFTER THE WENT INTO THE HOUSE.  SUSPECT DROVE HER VHEICLE HEAD ON INTO VICTIMS VEHICLE TWO TIMES CAUSEING DAMAGE TO BOTH VEHICLES.  DEPUTY'S ARRIVED AND AFTER INVESTIGATION WAS COMPLETED, SUSPECT WAS ARRESTED ON THE ABOVE LISTED CHARGES AND TAKEN TO THE ADULT DETENTION  CENTER AND BOOKED.

Suspect:  Andrew M. Stewart, age 45, Los Alamos, NM

Charged:  Aggravated DWI, Roadways laned for traffic, Open Container, No Insurance

On 11/14/11 RECC received 2 calls from Drunkbusters advising of a tan in color Ford pickup truck towing a trailer which was all over the roadway on I-25.  The vehicle then exited the interstate and began traveling north on SR 599.  Deputies located the vehicle which could not maintain his lane of travel.  A traffic stop was conducted and the driver appeared to be impaired.  SFST's were administered and the driver showed signs of impairment.  The driver was arrested and read the NM Implied Consent which he agreed to be tested.  His BrAC results were .23 and the second was insufficient test.  The driver did not show proof of insurance.  Also open containers were located inside his vehicle.  Suspect was transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center and booked accordingly.

On 11/14/11 between the hours of 0930 and 1700 unknown persons broke into a 1995 Honda Civic green in color by shattering the right rear window with an unknown object.  Victim stated that the unknown persons took a black in color leather jacket from inside the vehicle.  Estimated value of the jacket is $200.00.  Estimated damage amount is $200.00.

Suspect:  Bonnie Marquez, age 54, Santa Fe, NM

Charged:  Agg. Assault on a household member, Battery on a household member, Criminal Damage to Property on household member

Suspect accused victim of having an affair. When victim didn't acknowledge he was having an affair suspect became very upset and threw a phone at him. Victim wasn't hit by the phone and went into his office and closed the door. Suspect went into victim's office and grabbed his watches off a shelf and threw them causing one of the watches to break. Suspect then attempted to slap the victim but was blocked by the victim. Suspect then grabbed the victim by the upper right arm and left scratch marks on his inner bicep. Upon interviewing the suspect she admitted to doing all of the above stated actions. Suspect stated she did it because she was upset with the victim. Suspect was placed under for above stated charges and transported to the ADC where she was booked accordingly.
